Windom CARES

As we build our community, the staff have come up with schoolwide expectations and values, including an acronym for what we want to see in ourselves and our students. Windom CARES. Your students will begin to hear these consistently across the building and we will work to celebrate those who exhibit our CARES values.

C-cooperation and collaboration (we will work together)

A-assertiveness (we will advocate for ourselves and others)

R-respect and responsibility (we will be respectful and make good choices)

E-empathy (we will understand others feelings)

S-self control (we will think before we speak and/or act).
