It’s that time of year! Each year, families are asked to fill out the form, whether you qualify for benefits or not. Applications completed by MPS families generate millions of dollars in funding for MPS and our schools, students and families, and determine benefits for students and families like free or reduced bus cards, scholarships, and fee waivers.
